The operator processes the personal data of data subjects – clients and client representatives, also for the following purposes:

• Photos – identification of persons, employer promotion,

• E-shop – sale of goods to e-shop customers,

• Consumer competitions – organizing consumer competitions,

The company processes common personal data, namely contact data necessary for the purpose of contacting, inquiring and fulfilling the purchase contract, and data related to payments.

We use your information exclusively for the purpose of processing the order and delivering the goods, and therefore the legal basis for this information is primarily the performance of the contract. Providing this personal data is a contractual requirement and your obligation, without it it is not possible to conclude a purchase contract and provide a service within the framework of a purchase via the e-shop on the website www.andreamartiny.sk. After the termination of the contract by its fulfillment, our legitimate interests are to be able to demonstrate that our obligations under the contract have been properly fulfilled, and therefore the contract retention period is 4 years after its fulfillment.

We store payment-related data, namely invoices containing your personal data (your name, surname, address, company name, email and telephone number) and bank account statements (your name, surname and bank account number) and information on payment for goods and services, or the prices of goods delivered and services provided, for ten years following the year to which they relate. The legal basis is the fulfillment of a legal obligation arising from the Accounting Act.
